Integrated design, construction management
GBA CAD was involved in the design and the construction management of Security Systems for the new Alenia Aermacchi JSF – F35 Plant (FACO), located within the military airport of Cameri and created for the production of wing components and the final assembly of Lochkeed Martin F35 aircraft.
The project covered all general security measures (CCTV, ACS & IDS) concerning the whole site, with a surface area of about 500,000 square meters, and specific measures relating to some of the buildings (20 buildings with production, technological, logistics and service functions with an indoor surface area of more than 100,000 square meters), characterized by different levels of sensitivity.
The design complies with the highest standards of Security Regulations, both Italian and American.
