Design and construction management

The Italian General Consulate in New York is situated in Manhattan (on 69th St and Park Ave), in a remarkably prestigious building built in 1916 and protected by the Landmark Office for its historical and artistic significance.
The restoration and renovation were necessary both to stop the deterioration of the building and to provide the building with systems and services in line with its functions.
Our project was approved by all relevant local authorities, including the Landmark Office, and our work was assessed upon completion.
As a result of our work, the building now fully meets all security and functional needs and its market value has substantially increased.
