Integrated design, construction management and HSE coordination
The project covered the renovation of a single apartment (consisting of two different apartaments) in a building of the early ‘900, in Milan near Buenos Aires Avenue. The project includes a complete architectural restyling and a general functional and distributive reorganization; and also the restoration of the original decorations and materials. The mirror distributive organization of the two apartments has been modified in order to get wider and more complex space. The identification of architectural solutions has grown through the close involvement of the Owners, who were supported in their choices through three-dimensional views of the design proposals. The activities included the design of custom furniture and special attention to architectural details.
