Integrated design, construction management and HSE coordination
The project covered the renovation of a single apartment in a building of the early ‘900, in Milan.
The project includes a complete architectural restyling and a general functional and distributive reorganization.
The original distribution, focused on a long central corridor and several separate rooms, has been modified in order to get a wider and more complex space.
The identification of architectural solutions has grown through the close involvement of the Owners, who were supported in their choices through three-dimensional views of the design proposals.
The activities included the design of custom furniture and special attention to architectural details.
