Support to the final design
The project covered the creation of new corporate logistic center to house both offices and living quarters in compliance with the regulations set forth by Lombardy’s Regional Board for Cultural Heritage and Activities.
The new structure was divided into four functional areas: an operational area (315 workstations), a residential area (sleeps 408), a service and support area (locker rooms and cafeteria with 260 seats), an on ground parking lot and a subterranean parking garage (626 parking spots).
The project covered an area of 14,524 sqm (over 3 ac), a linear surface of 18,612 sqm (over 4 ac), and three dimensional spaces of 55,836 mc (73,031 yd3).
