Integrated design, construction management and HSE coordination
The project covered the renovation of a 1400 sqm office space inside an 17th century building in the historic downtown area of Milan, at Brera neighborhood; the building was also listed among the protected buildings by the local Historic Preservation Office.
The distribution is based on three levels: all three levels above ground, used to accommodate more than 100 workstations, three meeting rooms and various service rooms (archives, break area, technical rooms).
Starting from another firm project we developed detailed design and then followed the realization as Construction Manager and HSE Coordinator.
