Integrated design, construction management and HSE coordination
The project covered the renovation of a 420 sqm office space inside a building of the ‘60s, at the Frua neighborhood, in Milan.
The distribution is based on three levels: two levels above ground, used to accommodate 24 workstations, and a basement floor, where the service functions take place (meeting room, archives, break area, technical rooms).
The main feature of the project is the use of an architectural language consistent with the context: minimal, essential and contemporary.
The choice and combination of different materials (resin, glass, steel, wood), the chromatic research and the architectural linearity follow this guideline.
