Integrated design, construction management and HSE coordination
The project covered the renovation of a two-level penthouse in a building of the early 60s, in Milan – Fiera neighborhood. The project included a complete architectural restyling and a general functional and distributive reorganization.
The design focus was placed on two aspects: the search for a great brightness, through the choice of light colors and an open spatiality, and the enhancement of the relationship between interior and exterior, with the renovation of the greenhouse at the roof terrace.
The identification of architectural solutions has grown through the close involvement of the Owners, who were supported in their choices through three-dimensional views of the design proposals.
